Who is responsible
This site belongs to Moni Bega (Buenos Aires, Argentina). For any question about your data, write to hola@monibega.com.
What data is collected
The site has no user accounts. Technical browsing data is collected (basic server logs from Netlify, which hosts the site) and, only if you accept, anonymous visit statistics. If you choose to leave your details at the end of the LA VARA diagnosis (name, contact, project and comment), they are stored on Netlify with your answers and used only to reply to you.
Measurement cookies
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how many people visit, from which country and channel they arrive and which pages they read. It is not used for advertising or to identify you. If you decline, it is not loaded.
Videos
Videos are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. When you play them, those services may use their own cookies under their policies.
Messages sent to hola@monibega.com are received through an email forwarding service and stored in a Gmail inbox. They are used only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@monibega.com. Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 applies; if you are in the European Union, so does the GDPR.
