The challenge

Time: the audiovisual recording team joined in the final stage of the project. What made the difference was the trust built over more than four years of working together, which made it possible to produce content in record time.

The decisions

1. A crew with years of shared work, able to start shooting without a ramp-up period.
2. Coverage designed to tell what it meant to stage an open-air ceremony with so many areas involved.
3. Fast editing and delivery, so every piece went out while the moment still mattered.
